TODAY'S WORD
I have met several prophets in my life. One love we share is that we absolutely enjoy it thoroughly when the Lord shows us types and shadows in things that are visible, in plain view. All it takes is a look just below the surface to see the type and shadow. Such is the case with this recent New Madrid Quake prediction for Portageville, MO.

Here is some of the type of thing that Randy McKee and I have been seeing and sharing today. Thank You Jesus!

Portageville, is derived from the word portage, which is derived from the word "porter".

There are two New testament biblical uses for the word porter:

Mark 13:34 and John 10:3

�For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.�

�But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth: and the sheep hear his voice; and he calleth his own sheep by name and leadeth them out.�

The King James version lists 37 usages of the Hebrew word �shower� (Strongs-7778), which is translated as janitor, porter, door keeper.

The four NT usages are for �thuroros� or �ouros�, (Strongs-2377), which is translated as a watcher, a gate-warden, one that kept or girl that kept the door, porter. The two other scriptures where it is used are John 18:17 and John 18:16.

So, King Avenue, in Portageville. MO is the major street, and it is the porter who opens the door for the King when he comes. The porter is told to keep watch, for you do not know what hour he will come.

It seems that if the symbolism holds, and I believe it does, the King is coming to lead His sheep out of bondage from the harlot church, where the pastor/teachers have gathered everything unto themselves, and left the prophets out in the cold, with no access to the sheep. The porters have been watching, along with the watchmen. They are lowly doorkeepers, yet they are about to see the King first, and open the door for Him.

In every church, Ephesians 4:11 is quoted, that apostles and prophets were given by the Lord for the maturing of the saints. But, they have no access to the sheep. They are the door keepers.

I believe that Jesus is coming to totally smash the Nicolaitan structure of the church. He has begun the work earlier this year. The congregations of diapered babies with their milk bottles have begun to cry out. Here comes the King! He is ready to lead them out. Get ready to eat meat!

Prophets: get ready to be changed from captives to captains on your respective ships. The storm is brewing.

Whether the earthquake comes in two days or not, the Lord is delivering signs to his porters. Watch! He comes at an hour you do not expect.

Hi Stephen,

Within the light of what is happening on the Prophetic front, the Lord had me up last night. It was one of those seasons where the Lord has you looking for types, hidden things and "coincidences."

It is interesting the main road in Portageville is King Ave.

It is also interesting that the first recorded quake in 1811 occurred 40 days after General Harrison destroyed the combined camp of the two Indian Chiefs Tecumsch and his brother Tenskwatawa. This camp was called �Prophet�s Town� after Tenskwatawa who was commonly known as the �Prophet.� I was interested if this appeared to be the shedding of innocent blood, but it appears the US Army came the camp to talk and that night the Indians attacked. It doesn�t appear in most literature to be a case of extreme barbarity on the case of the Army. The Indians fled the next day and this battle effectively broke the united resistance on many tribes. Someone who knows more about it may have a different insight; but the that type of timing always peaks my interest.

On May 7, 1915 the Germans torpedoed the British ocean liner Lusitania, helping push America into WWI.

On May 7, 1939 Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy formed their axis Union.

On May 7, 1945 the interim German government formally offered unconditional surrender to Gen. Eisenhower. The surrender would take the next day.

On May 7, 1954 the French forces in Vietnam were defeated when they were over-ran at Dien Ben phu.

May 7th or actually our May 7th and Jerusalem�s May 8th according to Michael Rood is two days before the alternate Passover for those that not able to go up in the month of Aviv (Lev 25:1-26:2)

* * * * * * * * * My closest Christian friend for many years was one of the lead Geologist's in the Pacific NW; who I attended some USGS conferences with. The major debate of these were not if we are going to see these major quakes; but if when it happens it willbe one long quake; or many numerous daily quakes (each large) over a period of months.

If you like go to the attached website and read the three eye witness accounts of the 1811-1812 New Madrid quakes - notice plural; over 2000 quakes over a 6 month period. The eye witnesses said from Jan 23 to Feb 4 the ground was continously moving like waves of the ocean!

A few years ago I had a dream where I was stretching netting like a wide four corner hammock in shipping containers and putting computers and communications gear in the center to protect it from earthquakes. Maybe not a bad idea.
