Conversion is a deep heart condition, so unless the heart is truly converted; the flesh will not be either. When we asked JESUS into our hearts, it became a condition of the Spirit, which means when we received SALVATION our spirit was saved, not our flesh. The heart still needs to be emptied and cleansed by the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT.
How many of you actually after a while, either get stalled or stunted and are unable to proceed any further? It will require a daily self-examination of our hearts and souls. Does our conversion come by attending church? Does conversion come by carrying a bible? Does it come just because someone posted a prophetic word(s) or prophecy? Have we responded to what's on the inside?
Do you realize that our hearts will make an earnest decision to do what is right; and everything concerning salvation. Conversion will birth Conviction. Is it the strength of the preaching that causes people not to be converted? Or is it because the preacher himself is not converted? It is really a combined effort on the part of the preacher versus the people and vice versus. So if you are in doubt as to if you are truly converted, take a personal inventory.
Is there anything holding you back from total conversion? My recommendation is that you take a cold, hard look at your present life desires, habits, grooming, obedience, faith, hospitality etc. We all want to think or even say we are OK: well OK is just not good enough. We can look all white and shiny on the outside like a tomb; but take a closer look into that tomb. What do you see? Are you comfortable with the smell from the tomb or does it bother you? Is the smell nauseating and disgusting?
Look around you and you will see that every where you look we are being assaulted. However, it is up to you to decide if you need Conversion desperately. We need desperate help from our Maker. It really doesn't matter who we are or what title we carry, we all need to be and stay converted. If you tie yourself to the Vine, according to John 15:3 says that we become clean through the Word because Himself spoke it. Conversion will cause you to bear fruits and to keep the process going.
Are we disciples of JESUS? Are you bearing good fruit or does JESUS have to curse your tree? John 15:16 says we are actually ordained and chosen to bear fruit. Psalm 1: 3 be like that tree, plant yourself deep deep in God. Go to any length you have too to achieve your conversion. This is your Season to bear good fruit and be prosperous and share that with others of like-minded wealth of the Word. Make sure no matter what you do or what title you carry, remember you can make a difference. Let your relationship with God be precious and binding. Give the Lord access to your heart. Let Him Convert your heart and soul. Remember true Conversion takes place in the Heart. INSPIRED by the HOLY SPIRIT.
