HOW TO BECOME A SAVED CHRISTIAN BELIEVER


Maybe you want to become a Christian but no one has told you how! The Bible has a repetitive teaching on what you are to do to be saved.

Repent, be baptized, and be filled with the Holy Spirit!

People always want to know where they should start. It is good to confess your faith first in prayer, and then to others. To become a Christian, as your first baby step, I recommend that you should speak this prayer out loud to God now:

Father God, I want to become a Christian. I confess to you that I am a sinner and I repent of all my sins. Please forgive me for all of my sins. I acknowledge Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord: the one whom I will follow for the rest of my life. Lord Jesus, I invite you to come into my heart and help me to live for You and to follow You. In the Lord Jesus Christ's name. Amen!

Now, if you have made the decision to repent by turning away from your sins and your way and turning to God and His way, and you have prayed that prayer, and you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord (that means he is God who came in the flesh, and he is your God, your master, and you have decided you will follow him from now on), and that God raised Him from the dead, then you are a SAVED CHRISTIAN BELIEVER.

Now, from this day forward, live your life like you believe that He is watching you, and that you believe He is everything that you said He is today. Let the change in your life testify to the truth of your heartfelt prayer, made today. A dying world will be watching what you do.
