When you become a Christian, or one who follows the God called the Lord Jesus Christ. You have many benefits to your advantage. To find out what these benefits are, you will need to read the Holy book the Christian God has given them, it is called the Holy Bible.

Since I have been a Christian for many years, if I were to direct a person who just became a Christian, my suggestion would be to proceed in the order I have outlined below. This is what I would tell them needed to be done as soon as possible in their lives.

You will find some recommendations below. Some Holy Bible verses included for you to look up after you get a Holy Bible, which is an instruction manual from the Christian’s God, to the Christian. The God of the Christians is the ONE TRUE AND HIGHEST GOD. I have written using this phraseology so that I may be clearly understood by those who have no background or familiarity with Christianity. Some of you have experience in other religions where many gods are worshipped.

The Holy Bible has many things to tell you, and below are some important beginning things you will want to do. But there are additional interesting things to know. When you get and read the Holy Bible you will learn the rest of the things. It is an awesome book from the Christian’s God! I will also include another book that is helpful on the subject below in case you are interested in getting it.

There are many gods available to worship today, but the Christian’s God is the only God that loves and has righteous judgment, and He is the most powerful of all the gods, there is not a god more powerful than our God.

You are going to learn many new things below that will be new to you, there is much more information on these subjects but this is enough for right now.

Pray The Salvation Prayer:
To become a Christian, you will need to say from your heart the Salvation Prayer to Father God in the name of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the prayer in which you (1) accept Jesus as your Savior by confessing that your way is sinful and that you accept the gift of His Son’s work on the cross and resurrection for eternal life, and (2) accept Jesus as your Lord by repenting of your way and your sins and to resolve to follow Him and obey His ways and commands. YHVH is Hebrew for the name of God. God is One God and One Lord. He uses three roles for His Salvation Plan with humans for different purposes: Father, Son & Holy Spirit—all three of these roles are still the One God—YHVH of the Holy Bible. This God is very holy and loves those who belong to Him and He is a Spirit Being, ruling in the highest heaven. After you prayed the prayer, the Holy Spirit God comes inside you and revives your spirit which was dead because of our sinful nature. [This spirit is located in your belly area to live in you & help you.] The reason you can pray this prayer is because the Christian God has provided a way out of love for you to come to HIM, because He sent a part of Himself into a human born on earth, and this man/God whose name is the Lord Jesus Christ, He lived and died without ever sinning. When He died—His death paid the price for you and me to get back to God, because we had a problem: we all were born sinners and did some evil of some kind… This Lord Jesus Christ was hung on a tree, we call it a cross, and He shed His perfect blood for us. That is called “redemption” and it paid the price that was needed for us to have a relationship with Father God again. Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6; 1 Corinthians 8:6; John 3:16; 4:24; 7:38; 1 Timothy 2:5; Job 32:8.

Obedience:
Though most churches do not emphasize obedience as the Holy Bible does, in order to love God (1 John 5:3) and be known by God (Matthew 7:21-23), and to show that you have accepted Jesus in your life, a life style of trying to obey Christ’s commands above all else is most important. Salvation is by grace through faith, but without fruit through acts of love, your faith is dead, there is no acceptance of Christ, and hence there is no salvation. Without a life style of trying to obey Jesus, there is no fruit, and hence no eternal life (John 15:2,6; John 14:23-24, Matthew 3:8, Acts 26:20, Hebrews 10:26-27). The dividing line isn’t how much fruit or how much you are good - its that you are trying (Luke 13:23-27). Jesus’ commands are to love your brothers as the Lord loves them, love your fellow humans, do good to those who do evil to you, and the cleanse yourself from sin and sinful habits. (John 13:34-35; Luke 6:35; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8). Obedience to Jesus is also the basis for true worship (see Worship below).

Faith:
I must tell you right off, one of the biggest things with the Christian God is that He demands that we exercise FAITH in Him. We cannot see Him, but He is there. In many ways He will let you know this is true as you have a relationship with HIM. It one sense it will seem hard because you can’t see HIM. But He will be with you anyway, whether or not you can see HIM. He enjoys when we believe in Him and we can’t see HIM. That is a big deal to HIM. Hebrews 11:6; Romans 10:17.

Purchase A Holy Bible:
The God of the Holy Bible, is the same God of the Old and New Testaments, He is a God who loves. Within this Bible are holy scriptures. John 4:24 above is an example of a verse in this Bible, you would go to the book of John the 4th Chapter, to the 24 verse, and they will be numbered for you in a King James Holy Bible. I recommend that you purchase a King James Version of the Holy Bible, but any of the popular English translations at your local Christian bookstore will be fine – choose one that suits you. God will speak to you through any of them. You will need to go and purchase a Holy Bible quickly so you that can read it. This Holy Bible shows you how to live in a non-sinful manner; sin is doing what is evil. 1 John 4:8; Romans 3:23; I Corinthians 6:9-10; 11 Timothy 3:16; Revelation 21:8, and find out what pleases the Lord (Ephesians 5:10).

Go To A Good Church:
Pray Your Second Prayer To God: He likes to be called "Father": “Father God, please direct me to a good Church of yours so I can learn and fellowship with others who know You, in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen!” I want to add here that you should consider that the Lord might lead you to a place that does not look very "churchy". God is starting many really good churches in homes and in shopping centers. If God leads you to one of these, don't immediately discount it. Take walks or you can get on your knees at home and talk to God, talk to Him as you talk to another human. He is hearing you: you will think He is not but He is! He will answer you in some interesting ways, watch for His answers. Start your praying by saying “Father God,” and end your praying by saying “in the Lord Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.” Amen means “so be it!” When you are on your knees it shows respect to Him, also walk and talk to Him. Tell Him all that is on your mind & in your heart, good or bad issues, discuss it all with HIM. He is the only God that loves you & answers your prayers as He thinks best for you, all the other gods want things from you, but they do not love you or help you. Luke 18:1; Hebrews 10:25.

Water Baptism:
Tell the pastor of the Church that you want to be water baptized, fully submerged under water for a second and come up because the Holy Bible tells you to do that. It pleases Father God. Ask the Pastor what it all means. He is supposed to be well trained to tell you. Matthew 3:11; Mark 1:8; Acts 8:37-38.

Baptism Of The Holy Spirit:
Tell the pastor at your new Church that you want to be baptized with the Holy Spirit. The pastor is supposed to lay his hand on your head usually and ask God for this, it will be a new experience for you. If the pastor at your church does not know or understand, you need to find a church that does, keep calling the churches in your phone book until you find one where the pastor says, "yes I can do that for you". Go to his church. After you are baptized with the Holy Spirit you will be given more Godly power from Father God to be a Christian and lead other people who do not know God to Him. Our God gives us power from HIM, and it is a holy power. We still have choices, and we sometimes fail, when we tell and confess to our God that we are sorry from our heart & ask Him to clean us, He does it through His Son, who died so that we might live. God the Son’s name is Lord Jesus Christ. It is funny, because THEY are One God, but God uses Himself in three ways: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:18; Matthew 3:11; Mark 1:8; Luke 3:16.

Baby Or Children Under The Age Of Twelve:
If you have any children under the age of twelve years old you need to take them to the pastor of your church and ask him to bless them, tell him you want to “dedicate them to God.” This is a very powerful Holy important ceremony, it is a very good thing to do. Our God provides 4 holy angels to be with each of your children under the age of accountability. This has been revealed through prophecy. After your children pass the Age of Accountability each child will need to decide if they want to ask the Christian God into their hearts—by praying the “Salvation Prayer.” Your children can choose to pray the prayer even when they are younger if they want to, but they should not be forced, because our God is a God of LOVE, and He wants them to come to HIM freely. If they pass the Age of accountability, and choose not to ask God into their hearts, Our Father God removes the holy angels from watching over them. There is a 3rd Heaven and a Hell, these two places are where people go when we die, for humans have a spirit, and it never dies. If you know God by praying the Salvation Prayer, you will go to Heaven… but you also need to read the Holy Bible. And if you choose not to know God, then there is an angel that sinned heavily once—his name was Lucifer, and he became known as the DEVIL/snake/dragon/or fallen angel, and he is real, he runs all the angels that became sinner angels, they are called demons today. Of all the angels God created, only 1/3 chose to go with Lucifer who got his name changed to devil, so we have double the amount of holy angels versus unholy demons. There are Holy good angels of God and sinner angels that are not holy anymore. Also, there are invisible spirits called demons. These all live in the spirit world, usually you cannot see them, but sometimes some people can see them once in a while. Matthew 18:10; 19:14; Luke 10:17.

Holy Communion Ceremony:
This is a very important ceremony, and you need to ask your pastor to tell you what it is, he will teach you. At times you can take this with a church group or you can even take this at home. Some Christians take it at home even daily. There are a number of things you need to know before you take it. 1 Corinthians 11:24-26; John 6:48-51; Luke 22:17-20; Exodus 12:11-13, 27. Curses:
Curses are real, and they are bad things. You will want them removed as soon as possible, usually everybody has some curses in their lives. Here is a book you can read to help you understand this subject. As you read, stop and ask God to remove all the curses the book tells you to have removed. Deut. 11:26-28; 30:19. Demons:
Demons are fallen angels that went bad, they became sinners, and they will never be able to be good again, not ever. The Holy Bible is very “legal” it gives God legal rights and it even gives demons “legal rights.” This is done because God is righteous. In reality, the demons could not do you any harm usually unless you opened a door to them, or if you did something to let them in. Many people today have demons inside of them. They were permitted in them for many reason. A human is made up of a body, a soul and a spirit [remember your spirit is located somewhere in your belly area]. The demons, which are spirit beings, are usually in the humans soul or body area. When you become a Christian, you will need to find a Church that has a “Deliverance ministry.” You will want to take your whole family to be checked out for any demons in you & to have all curses removed, also ask them to break any evil soul-ties. They should be able to cast them out of you and any of your family members. Demons always cause lots of problems so make sure you get them cast out if you have any, you will be much more happier as a Christian. Land, Home, Vehicle & Possessions:
The Christian God tells us in the Holy Bible that we are not to have certain ungodly things in our homes. If we do that may permit a demon to hang around that item. Demons always cause problems and there is lots of hurts wherever they are. You will need to find out what to get rid of so the demons no longer have any “legal” right to stay at your house or on your land. Sometimes, there was a lot of blood killing on your property maybe decades ago, or maybe something happened in your house because others lived there before you, and it was ungodly stuff, bad evil stuff, you will need to do what is called “spiritually clean your land, home, vehicles & possessions.” You will be happier when this is done. Remember, I told you that you will have benefits if you are a Christian, well all these things are some of your benefits from the Christian God because He loves us. Now, the Christian God has lots of benefits but He requires you to learn to know what they are, so you must read the Holy Bible and start using the benefits He gives you. The benefits are there, but you must learn what they are, that is your responsibility and ask Him for those benefits. The people of the world today are doing a lot of evil things. You will need to get your land, home, vehicles, and possessions cleaned, so that you will be protected from what is going on with the evil people and the evil demons. Your home and land will become places of safety for you, to get away from all the evil that is going on. Genesis 4:10; Ephesians 1:7; Leviticus 17:11;

Spiritual Gifts:
Probably after you get the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, you may start receiving what the Holy Bible calls, spiritual Gifts from the Christian God. He has at least nine He gives out. I need to tell you to read the Holy Bible for these Gifts can just show up one day in your life and you will wonder what they are, again they are more benefits from the Christian God. He wants you to use them for His Kingdom, and His Kingdom is called the Kingdom of God. God has a plan being worked out here below on the Planet Earth. It has to run it’s course, the good people who choose God will be doing His work to bring people into His Kingdom, and the bad people and the demons will be doing their jobs to help people choose to go the way of evil, which is finally to die and live in a place called “hell” forever. God allows people to make choices. Because of this freedom of choice, that is why evil exists today. Everyone has to be allowed to make their choice freely, so of course some choose evil. God would not be a fair God if He did not allow people to have freedom of choice, otherwise we would be robots. Evil is awful and no one likes it but evil people and demons, but we are stuck with it until the Plan of God is over and we are in the 3rd Heaven for Christians. The 3rd Heaven is wonderful, no evil exists there, you will be spirit beings, God lives there, and it is very beautiful. Guess what, there will be no PAIN, or HURT or EVIL in God’s heaven where we go to live when we die on this earth, holy angels come to take us to this third heaven. Holy Angel or unholy demon Visits:
I must inform you, today many people are receiving from the spirit world, either holy angels of God visits or even unholy demons of the devil visits. You will need to learn how to command the spirit being as a Christian to identify itself, is it holy or a demon, sometimes the demons try to sneak and look like “light beings.” So you will need to say certain things to these beings if they ever show up in your life. For now, only if you are a Christian you can do this, say: “I cover myself in the holy blood of my Lord Jesus Christ.” And you say to the spirit being: “did Jesus Christ come in the flesh, born of a virgin, die on the cross of Calvary, and was he resurrected”—if the spirit being cannot answer you it is a demon, at this point since you covered yourself in the holy spiritual blood of the God Jesus you will be fine. If you ever have any problems, you say out loud, “Lord Jesus, help me.” He will! These are very important things to know these days and you are fortunate I am telling them to you, these are some of your benefits from God. Matthew 22:30; Luke 9:1.

Learning Spiritual Warfare:
Sooner or later you will need to learn what is called “spiritual warfare.” This is simple things that will help you in this life. There is a war going on in the spirit world, that is just the way it is. God is trying to win souls for His Good Kingdom and the Devil is trying to win souls for his evil kingdom. There is a very big fight going on. At times you will need to learn some spiritual warfare weapons to use. The Holy Bible will tell you what they are. But I already told you a couple, remember the one where you use the Holy spiritual blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, that is a really big spiritual warfare weapon to use, the demons hate the precious blood of Jesus. Yes, to Father God, the blood of His Son when He died is a BIG DEAL, so it is a big deal to us too! 1 John 1:7; Ephesians 1:7.

Purchase A Strong's Concordance:
James Strong labored one hundred years ago, for most of his life here on Earth, to produce a complete and exhaustive concordance of the King James Bible. You can look up any word in the bible, and find out every place where it is used anywhere else in the bible. You can also find out what the underlying Hebrew or Greek word was that was used by the translators, because whatever language you speak, the original Old Testament was written down in Hebrew, and the original New Testament was written down in Greek. In most places, you can buy this Strongs Concordance in a Christian Bookstore for less than $20 US.

Keep A Journal Of Your Experiences With God:
I have found that it helps to build my faith when I write something down every day of my dealings with God. I write when He communicates with me through the scriptures I read, or through His voice in my inner man. It has been very helpful to be able to go back, years ago in my journals, and reread how I felt in some low times, when I could barely believe. And now, I can see how God delivered me. It builds my faith, and I recommend this approach to everyone. The ancient Israelites built memorials in places where God did extravagant things, and you should not let God's work in your life be forgotten either.

Apostles and Prophets:
Since you have come to this page, and it is located within the website of a prophet, this should seem obvious. Ephesians chapter 4 pleads the case for the necessary elements that are required to bring a Christian to maturity. It is not possible for a Christian to mature without involvement with and connection to the ministry of apostles and prophets. These ministries are blocked from many local assemblies, and so the members of those assemblies are stunted in their growth. This may be offset by association with internet apostolic and prophetic ministries. The best approach is a direct association whenever possible, with the ministry of an apostle and a prophet.

Finally, given last, but this is one of the most very important things that you will need to learn how to do, because only the Holy Spirit can teach you how to do this. If it takes your whole life to learn how to do it, then so be it, but please......learn to worship the Lord our God in Spirit, and in truth.

Praise and Worship:
The God of the Christians, is the One who created all good things, including the earth & all that is on & in the earth, the sun, the moon, and all stars and planets—everything. Since all humans are His creation, the One who has created deserves to receive great thankfulness, praise & worship from His creation. To worship God is to honor God. We do this by praising Him for His greatness, by thanking Him for what He has done for us personally, and above all by leading holy lives (John 4:34-35, Romans 12:1-2). In expression to HIM we are to praise HIM, bless Him, tell Him that we LOVE Him. He gave us, His creation GREAT LOVE from HIM, but He is the only God who wants His creation to LOVE HIM back. We love Him by obeying His commands recorded in the Holy bible, and we express that love to Him through praise and thankfulness. You must learn to LOVE this God in a way that is pleasing to HIM. Learn to give thankfulness to HIM for all the benefits He provides for you. Also, praise HIM now & then in singing to HIM while you raise your hands & arms up to HIS throne towards Heaven in the sky. At times, as you mature in Him you may believe that God also would like for you to come before Him kneeling on your knees in humility and respect, or standing with your arms raised in great praise to Him. Learn to make up good words of a new song to praise HIM from your heart. Sometimes He may lead you to dance before HIM in joyfulness to HIM. But the highest of all is when you come to worship HIM and you are trying to obey HIM as He has instructed you in His Holy Bible. This very high form of worship is to lay prostrated on the floor or ground, face down, and you tell HIM you have come to worship and glorify HIM in a way that you feel directed. At this time you would sing or say holy, holy, holy unto HIM, as this is very enjoyable to HIM. Do not be surprised if He sends nice feelings from His throne down to you through the Great Holy Spirit He has put in you. His holy angels will come and see you doing this and they will stop in and worship with you, they love to worship God. Many Christians worship HIM with beautiful good music playing too. Be careful, the devil hates when you worship God. The devil wants you to worship him instead, so at times he will try to distract you and stop you, do not let him.
