TODAY'S WORD
I was speaking by telephone this morning with Joseph Cook. We agreed that it is time that the light of God should be shone upon this modern, mammon based harlot church. Joseph felt that there were FIVE of us that need to address this subject. And so, I begin in the manner that seems right to me in the Holy Spirit.

The deep things of God have been horrifically perverted by the present day church system of MYSTERY BABYLON. We were taught by John, the Revelator, that this must be so. John relayed the command of the Lord, to us, that we must COME OUT OF HER.

This aspect of DECREES is one place where the perversion has created a very real and noxious stench. It is perhaps the EPICENTER of the STENCH, for it has to do with THE WORD. This is something that all of us have been indoctrinated with in the teachings we received while we were young in the Lord. At this point, as many have previously discussed, it is as though we have been going through DEPROGRAMMING by the Holy Spirit. Each of us, as individuals, are at various stages of the deprogramming. This is why we show grace to those who are only recently being enlightened.

Now, we know from simple observation, that if every word that has come forth from every born again Christian would establish a thing, WE WOULD BE LIVING IN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE: A TOTAL UNMITIGATED DISASTER. Some would nod, and say��.yeh Stephen, so we are. Well, it would be even worse, I assure you, if what I just wrote were the case.

Do you, as a father, give a loaded 38 to your six year old son, and tell him to go out and play in the street? How can you accuse our FATHER in heaven of establishing such a system on the Earth?

Common sense tells us this cannot be the case. If this were true, the book of Jeremiah would have only one or two chapters, because everything else decreed disaster. Someone would have, and in fact did chide Jeremiah for his decrees. Why don�t you pray for the nation Jeremiah? God had told him not to. Certainly Jonah made a forty day decree for Ninevah that God had no difficulty in delaying for one hundred years, as it suited HIM! Some would say that we BIND God by our decrees. What utter foolishness! Just who is serving whom here? Our God is SOVEREIGN KING AND LORD!

Yes, there are biblical decrees. Every lie Satan expounds has grains of truth.

Romans 4:17
16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
17 � (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

Yes, the SEED will, like God, decree a thing. They will call a thing that is not, as though it were.

But just who is this SEED?

Galatians 3
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man�s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.
19 � Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

This SEED speaks of ONENESS with Jesus��.SEED, not SEEDS.

John 17
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

So, the inheritance of ALL of the promises to Abraham rests upon ENTERING into this ONENESS with Christ: of PUTTING ON CHRIST. Therefore, to decree a thing comes with CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Cursory examination of church in America reveals just how very few, if any, who have PUT ON CHRIST:

Job 22
23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
26 For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.
27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

Jamieson, Fausset & Brown Commentary has this for verse 24��
24. Rather, containing the protasis from the last clause of #Job 22:23, "If thou regard the glittering metal as dust"; literally, "lay it on on the dust"; to regard it of as little value as the dust on which it lies. The apodosis is at #Job 22:25, Then shall the Almighty be, etc. God will take the place of the wealth, in which thou didst formerly trust.

It is ironic that the very segment of the harlot church that CAN NEVER LEGALLY make an effective decree is the one that has expounded so loudly on the doctrine of it. The WORD OF FAITH TEACHERS, who have promoted COVETOUSNESS, to the point that they have endangered the salvation of themselves, along with their hearers, can never claim to have lain up their gold as the dust. They have promoted the worship of mammon.

THEY ARE SCRIPTURALLY DISQUALIFIED FROM EVER MAKING SUCH A DECREE, yet they have taught on it, and have even caused a phrase to enter into harlot Christendom: �NAME IT, CLAIM IT�. These are those who have given us the corrupted teaching about �speaking things into existence�.

No covetous person may enter into heaven.

I will close with a reprint from the word of the Lord, as given to me when I was in Medellin Colombia, last summer:

�I have great heaviness in my heart also for what I see in almost all the churches in this country and in the United States. People escape from the idolatry of the worship of the Virgin Mary and the dead saints into the idolatry of covetousness. Both will damn you to hell, according to Ephesians 5:5. People who are squeezed and manipulated into paying tithes and offerings by men have no money to help the poor, or take in strangers, or pay for the medical care some of these people need. So, they assume their pastors must know what is best. Surely, their pastors must be leading them into a path that will please the Lord, they say to themselves.

People are saying within themselves: "I have paid my tithes and my offerings to the church....I do not need to help these poor people who trouble me." YOU FOOLS!

THUS SAYETH THE LORD: YOU PAY TITHES AND OFFERINGS TO CHURCHES AND TO MEN, WHERE I HAVE NOT COMMANDED YOU TO DO SO. BY DOING SO, YOU THINK THAT BY FOLLOWING YOUR TRADITION, YOU WILL PLEASE ME. YOU GO TO YOUR MEGACHURCHES, AND YOU LIFT YOUR HANDS, AND YOU PRAISE MY NAME, YET YOU TURN AWAY THE STRANGER, AND TURN YOUR BACK ON THE POOR. YOU HAVE NO TIME FOR THE PRISONER AND YOU HAVE NO MONEY TO GIVE TO THOSE WHO ASK OF YOU. YOU FOOLS AND BLIND. HAVE I NOT COMMANDED YOU TO HELP THE POOR, TO FEED THE HUNGRY, TO CLOTHE THE NAKED, TO VISIT THE PRISONER, TO HEAL THE SICK, TO COMFORT THE DISCOURAGED, THE WIDOW AND THE ORPHAN, AND TO TAKE THE STRANGER INTO YOUR HOMES. REPENT QUICKLY, I SAY, OF YOUR COVETOUSNESS, FOR IT IS CARRYING YOU INTO THE ETERNAL FIRE OF HELL. I SAY IT AGAIN: NO COVETOUS MAN SHALL ENTER INTO MY KINGDOM, SAYS THE LORD!�

Perhaps some of you have wondered why the Lord selected Monteagle, TN as our recent gathering place of Watchmen Prophets Assembly. I have. We met in a room that was named �The Upper Room�. The building we met in was named the �Alfred Duane Pell Library�. Dr. Pell�s widow donated for its� construction in 1930.

I researched Alfred Duane Pell. He was an Episcopal minister, and he was a VERY RICH MAN. I noted one thing about him though. He ministered in New York City until his death in 1924, in a time when many of the Episcopal Churches were catering to the rich. They were engaging in a practice called �PEW RENTS�. You could only come to church if you paid your rent for your pew. The poor were excluded. Say what you will about the Episcopals, and even ole Dr. Pell. But Dr. Pell took a stand AGAINST PEW RENTS, and never permitted the practice in the church where he ministered. The whole time ole Dr. Pell was in ministry, he never collected any salary.

So, even though He was a very rich man, even ole Dr. Pell, the Episcopal, took a public stand against money in the ministry, and in any application thereto by which the poor might be excluded from a place of worship by reason of their lack thereof. It appears to me that the man honored God. He took a stand against manipulative practices, generally in use during his day, to fleece the flock.

Some will say that Dr. Pell didn�t need any salary. I see it differently. Dr. Pell chose to separate himself from that evil practice of his day, and from those who engaged in it. I imagine that not too many rich and famous people attended the church where Dr. Pell ministered. They probably wanted to be seen in the places where the other famous ones were. It is that way today! How many big, important names have hung their shingle here at WPA?

But Dr. Pell took his stand, and kept to it. As I see it, he chose to HONOR GOD. Eighty years after the death of Dr. Pell, we met in a building that bears his name.

Today, we do not see PEW RENTS anywhere, but we have our share of MANIPULATED TITHES AND OFFERINGS, used everywhere to fleece the flock. With those practices have come noxious doctrines and evil traditions.

1 Samuel 2
27 � And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh�s house?
28 And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer upon mine altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?
29 Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my habitation; and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people?
30 Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
31 Behold, the days come, that I will cut off thine arm, and the arm of thy father�s house, that there shall not be an old man in thine house. 32 And thou shalt see an enemy in my habitation, in all the wealth which God shall give Israel: and there shall not be an old man in thine house for ever.
33 And the man of thine, whom I shall not cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all the increase of thine house shall die in the flower of their age.
34 And this shall be a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them.
35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.
36 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left in thine house shall come and crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray thee, into one of the priests� offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.

Now, those of you who have HIS Spirit, know that the things whereof I write are true. You know that you have imbibed teachings from these corrupted fountains. You know whereof I speak. One of their midst has recently purchased a JET AIRPLANE, by the word of the Lord. Ah yes, God told that preacher to buy that airplane. God told many of you donors to give up to $100,000 each toward the purchase of it. According to Ezekiel 14, GOD DID COMMAND IT. He answered each, and that minister, according to the idols in your heart.

If you please, Randy McKee and Jim McCants may choose to expound further on this modern day MAMMON/MINISTRY/IDOLATRY corruption, and how God answers a man according to the idols in His heart. This is a lesson that everyone needs to learn.

Please allow the Holy Spirit to completely deprogram you. You have need of being rid of false teachings, doctrines and the traditions of men. You have need of casting down all the idols in your heart. You need to smash them by the Holy Spirit. The HIGH PLACES need to be torn down. You have need of being cleansed of this stench, and everything that attaches to it. Allow the Holy Spirit to cleanse your garments. Cleanse your minds with the washing of the water of the word. Apply the precious blood of the covenant to everything. Lay hold of the truth, and hold fast to it.

My Africa Wish List Is As Follows:

Project #1-$15,000-The Kittui water well. Received thus far: $7,000

Project #2-$5,000-Two, 250 person event tents-cost $2,500 each. I have already visited the tent manufacturer in Nairobi. We need this tent for holding bigger crusades in Kenya.

Project #3-$7,500-We need to purchase a sound system for use in the Kenya crusades. I am planning on being in Africa, four times per year. We rented the sound system for the three events we just held. We anticipate holding bigger events, and we will need a more powerful system. With the sound system, we need a generator to power it.

Project #4-$5,000-A truck for David Machimbo Walukhu, my missions coordinator, in Kenya. Right now, David has no vehicle, and travels by bus.

Project #5-$2,500-Repair for a large, panel Isuzu truck, that is currently sitting idle at Sowetto Academy, Nairobi. We will use this truck for hauling of tent and equipment.

Project #6-$5,000-Completion of the stone wall that will totally encircle Sowetto Academy. This is really needed to keep people from using walkways right through the middle of the school and orphanage. Right now, the wall is about 25% complete.

Project #7-$20,000-My estimate for the cost that it would take for Chris Ocumu to accomplish a second floor addition to the school building in Sowetto Academy.

So, there it is: $60,000 for the equipment. Add in $10,000 for my airfare and costs for four trips per year, and $10,000 for flyers and posters for the 2005 outreach events and you have $80,000. Jesus says, "you have not because you ask not". I say, Lord Jesus, I Am Asking!
